Among the Personal Data collected by this Application, either independently or through third parties, are: Tracking Tool; Usage Data.

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during the use of this Application.
Unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory. If the User refuses to provide it, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. In cases where this Application indicates some Data as optional, Users are free not to communicate such Data without affecting the availability of the Service or its operation.

Processing Methods

The Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. Besides the Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external subjects (such as technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the Data, appointed as Data Processors if necessary. The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested from the Controller.

Legal Basis for Processing

The Controller processes Personal Data related to the User if one of the following conditions exists:

  • The User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions, the Controller may be authorized to process Personal Data without the User’s consent or another legal basis listed below, until the User objects (“opt-out”) to such processing. However, this does not apply if the processing of Personal Data is regulated by European data protection law;
  • Processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and/or for pre-contractual measures;
  • Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
  • Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;
  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or third parties.

It is always possible to request from the Controller clarification on the specific legal basis of each processing, in particular whether it is based on law, a contract, or necessary to enter into a contract.

Data is processed at the Controller’s operational offices and any other place where parties involved in the processing are located. For further information, contact the Controller.
The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. For more information on the processing location, refer to the section on details regarding the processing of Personal Data.

The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for transfers of Data outside the European Union or to an international organization established under public international law or composed of two or more countries, such as the UN, as well as the security measures adopted by the Controller to protect the Data.

The User can verify if one of the transfers described above takes place by checking the section of this document regarding the processing of Personal Data or by contacting the Controller using the details provided above.

Retention Period

Data is processed and retained for the time required for the purposes for which it was collected.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the completion of the contract.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the Controller’s legitimate interest will be retained until the satisfaction of that interest. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.

When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data longer until such consent is withdrawn. Moreover, the Controller may be required to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order from an authority.

At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, after that term, the rights of access, deletion, rectification, and data portability can no longer be exercised.

User Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests or enforcement actions, protect its rights and interests (or those of Users or third parties), detect fraudulent activities, as well as for the following purposes: Statistics and Display of content from external platforms.

      The services in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze traffic data and keep track of User behavior.

      Google Analytics

      Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on where this Application is used (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports, and share them with other services developed by Google.
      Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and personalize ads on its advertising network.
